Terms of service

• Your account: you are responsible for the accuracy of data your team enters and for assigning roles appropriately within your organization.
• Clinical responsibility: PathoCare is laboratory management software. Result verification and the clinical content of reports remain the responsibility of your laboratory's qualified personnel.
• Your data: it belongs to your organization. You can export it in full at any time and delete it by deregistering (14-day recovery window).
• Fair use: no attempts to access other organizations' data, probe the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Availability: provided on a best-effort basis during early access; we recommend regular backups from the settings page.
